Size guide

How to measure

Use a soft measuring tape over light clothing, keep it level and snug but not tight.

  • Chest / bust: around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms.
  • Underbust: directly under your bust, where a sports bra band sits.
  • Waist: around your natural waist, the narrowest part of your torso.
  • Hips: around the fullest part of your hips and glutes, feet together.
  • Inseam: from your crotch to your ankle bone, along the inside of your leg.

How our fits run

  • Oversized tees (ONEMOREREP™, MILESTONE™, SIGNATURE™, ARMY™, IMPACT™, Legacy™) are cut roomy on purpose. Take your usual size for the relaxed look, or one size down for a closer fit.
  • Leggings, sports bras and crop tops are designed to fit close to the body. If you are between sizes, the larger size will feel less compressive.
  • Kids' tracksuits come in sizes 6 to 14. Send us your child's age and height and we'll recommend a size.

Choosing a boxing glove weight

Glove weight is measured in ounces (oz). As a general guide used across combat sports:

Use Typical weight
Kids and juniors 6–8 oz
Bag and pad work 10–14 oz
Sparring 14–16 oz (16 oz is the most common requirement)

Always follow the rules of your gym, coach or event. Hand wraps go under every pair of gloves.
