Which glove weight do I need?

As a general guide, 10–14 oz gloves are used for bag and pad work and 14–16 oz for sparring, with 16 oz the most common sparring requirement. Always follow your gym's or coach's rules. See the size guide for more, and wear hand wraps under every pair of gloves.
